Project Site Supervisor

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

Report site activity and operations to the Site Manager

Supervise, direct and support Trade activities on a daily basis

Responsible for ordering and directing equipment and materials necessary for the construction operations

Oversee Trade Contractors and ensures scopes of work are completed on schedule and within the quality standard guidelines

Ensure completion of contract prior to authorizing payment for Trade Contractors

Responsible for compliance of the Ontario Building Code during all aspects of construction process

Schedule Municipal inspections ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. Responsible for amending discrepancies as required in a timely manner

Comply with Provincial Safety Standards and provide support to Trade Contractors and site staff when required

Obligation to communicate foreseeable issues that may impede schedule, quality or budget to Site Manager

Committed to ensuring a cleanly, orderly environment during site construction

Responsible for ensuring a positive experience by providing open respectful communication with homeowners
