Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are currently seeking Streetcar Services Attendant to join the Streetcar Maintenance Department. The work will be normally performed at the Streetcar Facilities within the City of Toronto.

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible to perform pre-service check procedures to vehicles, which includes actuating the proper switches and controls for communications systems, and other related equipment/systems for correct operation; replenishing fluid levels, keeping records of vehicle defects and report them as required.
  • You will perform interior and exterior vehicles maintenance and  install TTC media and/or supplies
  • You will clean and maintain upkeep of carhouses; turn track and overhead switches to divert cars to proper storage tracks.

What Qualifications Do You Bring

  • Your application will reveal abilities to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • You must successfully complete the Streetcar / Subway Rule Book training course and pass the written and practical tests involved.
